Items are ship with Österreichische Post. No PO BOX delivery.

We accept no liability for lost shipments.

The deliveries always go out on Mondays.

Return Policy

We accept return until we ship by error a wrong item.
An order can be cancelled within the first seven days after the order has been placed. A fee of € 5,- has to be paid by the customer. In the case of PreOrder, the day of the order applies, not the day of publication.
